Cancellation Policy for Live Review Courses

After paying your registration fee for a live review course, should you find that you will not be able to attend the course, you must notify us via email at: customerservice@highyieldmedreviews.com

• If you cancel your registration more than 30 days before the course is to occur, you will receive a refund of your registration fee minus a processing fee of $75, and you will continue to receive access to the Q-bank and Flashcards subscription. If you were the recipient or winner of a giveaway during the time of the purchase or registration for the review course, no refund will be allowed.  After we deduct the appropriate processing fee from your registration cost (if applicable), we will gladly issue you the difference.
• If you cancel your registration within 30 days of the course starting, your complete registration fee is non-refundable due to limited seat availability we may have already turned down people to register.
• If you should not be able to attend the course and you do not notify us before the course occurs (i.e. if you contact us after the course), your complete registration fee is non-refundable.
• If you should only be able to attend a portion of the review course, we are unable to pro-rate your registration fee for any portion of the course that you do not attend.
